That shop was jam packed with stock for all requirements despite its smaller premises. I just loved the colourful kiddies’s bikes in diminishing sizes and the fact that the shop was integrated into a family residential area. Best way to encourage people to take up cyclin, instead of becoming couch potatoes !
Good choice! They offer the most reliable and budget friendly bike service in Singapore. I bring my bike half way across the island to see these guys whenever I'm in need of a repair
Bought a Merida bike from Hup Leong a few years ago. Good service and from this video looks like they have expanded the range of bikes/accessories that they are selling.

Wow what in amazing shop.. Colnago bikes are great and beautiful bikes.. in Colombia 🇨🇴 Colnago bikes are very popular , some people commute up to 60 miles to work on road bikes
Always neat to see bike shops. I wonder how often they sell the top tier Colnagos in your video. Looks like disk brakes have taken over. I'm still running rim brakes.
Nice and concise video dude! NICE! Hope you walked further along that road coz that would have brought you smack dab into the start of Chinatown hahaha!
Been a long time since I last patronised this shop. They have been around for decades and are one of the few multi-generation family owned local bike shop.
It went together easily in less than an hour. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.
This bike was really easy to assemble ruclips.net/user/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.
Huge contrast of bike shops in Singapore vs. Japan. Singapore bike shop displays and store layout is more utilitarian. Japan bike shops store layout are like beautiful botiques. Kawaii culture reigns supreme.
I LOVE THAT SHOP. The prices are really good compared to US shops. Do you plan to return to Da Nang, and if so, what are the bike shops there like? Maybe a tour of the bike shops in Da Nang? I plan to retire there in a few years and risk my life fighting traffic while breathing motorbike exhaust between longer cross-country tours.
It was very impressive and the prices looked good. We're back in Da Nang now. We've visited a few shops here, but have not been impressed. The stock is usually very limited and mostly low end bikes.
@@TwoWheelCruise That's the same thing my google search found. Lots of $200-$500USD bikes. The Giant shop had some decent, entry-to-mid-level touring bikes listed but out of stock. With the import taxes, I'll probably go with something like that.
What, only $17,500 for that Colnago? Sure, sign me up! If I ever win the lottery, that is! Although, if that was the case, I'd trade out the DA to Campy to fit in with the Italian frame. But, that being said, my Colnago Super from way, way back has got DA-AX on it, but, I got a good deal on the groupset compared to Campy, so, yeah.
If you like hills, Da Nang is way better. But Singapore is way safer haha. If traveling with family, Singapore has more to do, but of course Da Nang is good for beach / relaxation stuff.
Do you know Nha Trang in Vietnam? Maybe you can recommend it or not? What u think, whats a good option how to change a City in Vietnam for example from Da Nang to Nha Trang? I have always my road bike with me. Is there a Bus, Train, public Train or private Train who can take me with my road bike? Greetings
Cruise, What are their modalities in exporting to other countries should I want to buy gravel bike? I am from Kenya and always your vlogs are very exiting and informative.
I don't think many bike shops will sell internationally online. Your best bet is to either travel abroad to buy (the savings pay for the ticket in some cases), or buy from a trusted online cycling retailer.
One of the worst bike shop around! They are so atas…. So rude. Asking a simple question and you get negative attitude! Pui….! Not one I’ll ever step in again!

Welcome to Singapore !
Greetings from official Cannondale Singapore cycling group.
Thanks! 😁
Big fan of that Cannondale Bad Boy with the belt. And the lefty fork on the kids balance bikes is a fun detail.
Yeah, the Cannondale Bad Boy Belt looks like a really fun bike
I need to visit Singapore soon. So many budget bike options
Nice bike shop. Very clean and supplied. Thanks for sharing...🎥😃👍👌👊🙏🚴♂️

It seemed like a good one 😃

Shimano is also the dominant brand here in sg for road bikes. :)
I previously wanted to go campagnolo but was recommended to Shimano instead. Haha
Yeah, it's probably hard to get replacement parts otherwise.
@@TwoWheelCruise haha true that. But I was hoping to get a pure Italian bike... Haha. But I listened to his advice in the end.
Wow, they have every detail parts and accesories👍👍
Yeah, they had nice variety of stock

Have you visited blue lug bike shop when you were in Japan? Great video btw, loved that very blue area of the shop because of all the shimano parts 😂

Easy to assemble.
I got a pair of XTR pedals from here once
Where haven't you been? 😂

Nice they state the weight. Westerners should learn.
Yes, it's very annoying when they don't, especially for anything mid end or higher.

Wow, great video! Quite good video quality is that the newest 4K camera that you got?
Thanks! This was filmed on older GoPro. I didn't use my newest camera since we were filming multiple days and I don't have enough spare batteries yet.
Great tour. How about hitting up Cycle Project Store in Singapore or any others doing custom steel or Ti?
Thanks for the suggestion! We'll try to film more shop tours on our next visit.
a bit expensive though but i guess quality of the bikes are good
They had some higher end models, but some good 105 range too. The prices are in Singapore dollars, so cheaper in USD.
Are there any full face helmets
Nice

Went to several Malaysia's bike shops - they seem to be better. Why?
So where would you recommend a bike focused vacation... Da Nang or Singapore? If traveling with girlfriend and family who aren't super into bikes yet.

Is there a place near the shop where potential customers can test ride a bike - on the nearby road maybe?
Not sure if they let you demo bikes or not
do you still use your tannus tyres. If not, why?
No, we sold all our bikes when we left Japan.

Haven't been there yet. I think they are very similar, but Da Nang is considerably larger. Naha Trang is closer to Da Lat though for bigger mountains.
Should have go onebikeasia or shimano world
We filmed a video at Shimano World too
