Thank you, Ana! I see that this series is from 2 years ago, and I'm only discovering it now, but I'm so excited to start this 30 day program! I'm in my late 50s and have never done any kind of dance except for clubbing in the 80s, lol, but I'm here for it now! Fun!!

So… discovered this two days ago. I’m more than a little bit out of shape, and needed to repeat this one before moving on to “day 2”. I’m sure there will be much repeating before I make it through 30 days of these- but thanks for having these out there!

I danced for 15 years but at 28 years old and in a pandemic I feel slow and was missing some dance in my life.... this was AMAZING. Seeing all the tik tok shuffling makes me want to get up and dance and even though i absolutely couldnt keep up the pace in this i am excited to keep practicing and do your 30 day series!!!
Omg I'm gonna be 28 this month and although I don't have a dance background I feel the same way! Tiktokers definitely inspired me and its it's something I have always wanted to do but never felt I'd ever actually be able to accomplish. I also am huge into fitness so finding the time to practice my shuffling and workout is hard so I've been trying to find something like this and the 30 day plan will definitely help me to commit! Can't wait to see my progress this is so exciting lol

Whatever you do please do not give up! We are seriously and truly all capable of whatever we put our minds to! Shuffling is something I've always admired and wished I could do but have never put in the effort cuz I thought well with my lack of coordination I'll never be able to accomplish this so why even bother but if it's something that truly interests you it is so so worth it!

It's another lockdown in NL so I might as well have dance month and finally finish this series one vid a day. Starting strong today 💪🏻 I'm keeping up with the speed and I didn't fall out of rhythm or stopped otherwise.

I recently started shuffling, been practicing everyday for 2 weeks now and I’m starting to get bored, now I saw your vid and this was actually kinf of fun because I’m a bit overweight and I’m tryna lose some weight and this vid is actually making me lose weight and hone my skills👍

So fun to watch and practise to this again! Oh, how I struggled with this the first time around, getting in a tangle changing direction and keeping up with the speed, even though I already had The Running Man down. Learning this so my legs become lighter when I learn clown walk. I have like a defective ankle so this will be a challenge.
Day 1: done. Had to pause. I still struggle with running man. My legs are extremely heavy and extremely short.
Will try to practice more running man later.

Im in day 2 currently.
A tip for short legs like me for running man, don't try to step the front foot too far.
I kept on doing that to over compensate for my lack of length haha.
Best if you just step or kick right infront (like just a one foot step in distance) then make the back leg do most of the work. Goodluck!
love it! be patient. I felt my legs were also heavy in the beginning... maybe for about one year after I began:) lol. U just need time to build strength in the muscles of certain parts of your legs that you weren't using before. it will come! BTW, I find it way easier with shorter legs - many times I tripped due to how long my legs are. That your advantage right there ;) Take it easy with your ankle. Im not sure what problem exactly you have, but please be very mindful of your body not to hurt yourself! love!

@@yanapatel8813 highly recommend it! You can do this. You will learn shuffling, not by the end of the day but over time! It is important to start and stick with it. If a little voice says I can do it tomorrow, go do it right away and you will be shuffling in no time. Great for weight loss/control as well.
