another great inside look at your work. thnx man! you make it look so easy. a suggestion for a video: compare good and bad quality vinyl. i gues even a pro like you will have difficulties using bad quality vinyl.

It's pretty generous of you to share your knowledge. Your skill and experience makes it look easy. I would rather pay you to do it really well. Small suggestion, when you finish a demo pull the car outside and show how it looks. I was waiting for some shots of a black roof on a silver Subaru.

Amazing to see the process and work it really takes to wrap a roof. Although it’s good to know how it’s done but I rather pay and leave it to the pros like you guys. Lol
I will try it for sure, hope is easier than when I tried wrapping tje interior, I could not do it fue to the stick shift, I guess I will just remove the center console so I could work more confortable . Do you have a video for wrapping the inside?

Interesting question for you that causes me to hesitate on wrapping my roof.... when you take the wrap off after say 2 years, is the paint underneath still going to match my car or will it be off as I’m curious if the unwrapped portions of the car would be faded.

Great video guys, I have a quick question. On VWs (Golf R in my case), they have seamless welds so there isn't any roof trim so to speak. How would I go about doing a clean roof wrap there?

Thanks for letting me know if you leave on for more than 1-2 years it will deteriorate and mess up the paint. Was going to get my roof wrapped but not anymore.

A question though - is it possible to 'patch' a factory installed wrap. e have a vehicle where the contrast roof colour has puckered over time and wondered if that means the whole roof has to be done or just the damaged part.

Very informative video. Do you ship your kits to Norway by chance? Can't seem to enter the website, probably something on my end tho.
How do you go about a sunroof/moonroof? Do you leave it open or closed? Do you cut a "X" across the opening or follow the outline of the square opening to release the vinyl and then tuck it?
I broke one before I watched video and I was, oh hell nah. I used the card trick on the evo x. Different clips, but I got it off without breaking any of the fragile $3ea green clips. Thanks for saving me $$$.

That roof distortion he's talking about after the heat gun is called "oil canning." The metal will "pop out" and forever be stuck out like the bottom of an old oil can. You can press it back down, but it'll just pop right back up. Big problem in the paintless dent repair world also.
I bought some some vinyl for my car mirrors. Would you recommend to wrap it while they are attached, or is it better to remove the covers first?

You should drape any cables and cords over your shoulder so it doesn’t touch the car and potentially scratch the paint. I.e. when using the heat gun to set the edges.

The roof rails are snapped on, you should be able to pull straight up on them

23 Toyota Camry XSE - Can you do a video and kit to do a black roof like the factory on these cars. Mine didn't come with it, But I'd like to change that.
A question please: If you look at the roof of the latest model Toyota RAV4 it has some raised moulded areas (cosmetic design), so the roof area is not entirely flat….so how do you tackle this? Does it need shrinking around the raised / prominent areas before continuing with the rest of the roof, or is there some way to shrink around them after the stretch?
