If you bake chapatis in a chapati maker, you can easily bake good soft chapatis.
Add a little water and mix well until sticks the mix to the hand.
The first 1 or 2 chapatis probably won’t get right, This is because the stone is not heated well, latter will get better and smoother.
As soon as the dough is made, make the ball in lemon size and spread the wheat powder on well.
If outside of the dough ball becomes dry, the chapati will not be soft.
Sprinkle the powder immediately and bake before its dry. We can make up to four chapatis in 5 minutes. Turn the chapati machine to full heat.
ചപ്പാത്തി Maker ൽ ചപ്പാത്തി ചുട്ടാൽ വളരെ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ നല്ല soft ചപ്പാത്തി ചുട്ടെടുക്കാം. കൈയ്യിൽ ഒട്ടിപ്പിടിക്കുന്ന രീതിയിൽ അൽപ്പം വെള്ളം കൂട്ടി കുഴയ്ക്കണം. ആദ്യത്തെ 2 ചപ്പാത്തി ഒരു പക്ഷേ നന്നായി കിട്ടില്ല. ഇത് കല്ല് നന്നായി ചൂടാകാത്തതിനാലാണ്.
പിന്നീടുള്ളത് നന്നായി പൊങ്ങി മയമുള്ളതായ് കിട്ടും. മാവ് കുഴച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഉടനേ ചെറുനാരങ്ങയുടെ വലുപ്പത്തിൽ Ball പിടിച്ച് ഗോതമ്പ് പൊടി നന്നായ് വിതറി വയ്ക്കണം. ഉണ്ട പിടിച്ചതിൻ്റെ പുറംവശം Dry ആയി പോയാൽ ചപ്പാത്തി വീർത്ത് കിട്ടില്ല. So പെട്ടെന്ന് തന്നെ പൊടി വിതറി Dry ആകാതെ ചുട്ടെടുക്കുക. 5 മിനിട്ടിൽ 4 എണ്ണം വരെ ചുട്ടെടുക്കാം. ചപ്പാത്തി മെഷ്യൻ Full ചൂട് വരെ തിരിച്ചിടണം.
