He was the most underrated entertainer of all. Great dancer, singer, and terrific at comedy.

Absolutely love this brings back Happy memories of my lovely dad dancing to it with my beautiful kids God bless him my dad loved this song thank you so much for putting this great video on. It's his birthday today and he would off been 86 years old if he was still with us and i can't stop watching it thank you so much 💗

Although Kelly got the attention, Donald O'Connor was no slouch in the dancing department.
I always got the impression that Kelly was a big head and always tried to upstage his co-stars. O'Connor was much more personable, imoho.

Opinion only, and everyone's entitled to theirs, Gene Kelly was the best hoofer in Hollywood, and only Donald O'Connor could match him for skill, athleticism and musicality. Astaire was a different style altogether, great dancer, but Kelly and O'Connor togther were magic. They always made it seem effortless and great fun. Must be the Irish thing.

Celtic Rhythm, we can show th blacks a thing or two when it comes to dancing and singing
Astaire and Kelly only appeared together once on screen and imho the sum of the whole was less than the sum of the parts. I agree that O'Connor and Kelly produced unsurpassable magic on screen together. For what it's worth Astaire considered James Cagney to be the greatest hoofer of them all.
