Will cut his hand trying to shuck one and they were also at the book launch. Tag picked one up and dropped back on the plate in disgust. I guess it makes sense since they were surrounded by water🤷🏾♀️ I would’ve preferred Mac &cheese with some chicken wings but I digress. Great review Cousin, you didn’t miss a thing. The only disappointing thing about this recap is that we didn't get to see your facial expressions during the end. I love Nicole down too. I feel she is paying penance with bad husbands since she was such a bad wife in Malice and To Die For. Let us not forgot how she did that man in Malice and how she had her teenage boyfriend kill her husband in To Die For. She will never have a good husband in a movie again.
I didn't catch who exactly had cancer at first, I spent the next few episodes clocking about 4 cheap wigs thinking 'is it you?' Including miss Nicole kidman and the French floozie.
This review made me binge this show after having it saved in my watch later list for a minute.. I did NOT like Amelia’s fiancé/groom to be. He seemed so spineless to me I was convinced he did it. I enjoyed this show too. I love murder mystery’s but it was predictable. I knew the pregnant girl was the killer as soon as I saw her washing that glass because the maid was talking about how Amelia didn’t fit in because she washed her own dishes. I knew it was weird she would was her own dish and she looked suspicious. I just had the motive wrong. I thought she was trying to kill the French lady but the friend accidentally drank her glass of rum when they were sitting on the beach. I also knew ole dude was Nichole Kidmans brother and that she probably had a colorful past. It was still entertaining though.

It was entertaining but the ending made no sense as they showed Grier to be very family oriented and she would not be seeking out Amelia who in the end betrayed her son. Also, when Amelia left and Benji was just like “see ya” to the woman who just hours before he was going to pledge to share his life did not seem realistic.

Hola chica! You look tan. And hey, since you love a bright lip, you should try this BOMB lipstick brand called cupcake. They are now at Ulta. Now onto this dumpster fire of a show. It was a terrible “eat the rich” story….well maybe more hate than murder-inspiring. The best things about it were the view and their dance intro. It all went downhill from there….from Ray Donovan trying not to sound like Ray Donovan to his pure douchiness at hitting golf balls into the bay…to Nicole Kidman’s filters and overprotective, over privileged but hypocritical matriarch act…to Dakota Fanning’s voice. Is it me or is her acting getting worse?. She was also terrible in Ripley. And what a waste of Megan Fahey, who I really liked in the White Lotus but she seemed equal parts confused and confusing in this hot mess. This series was just bad. Very bad.
I watched the first episode and then I just didn’t care and skipped to episode 6 so thanks for filling in the blanks for me. So one thing I still don’t know is why the detectives daughter had blood on her shirt? It made it seem like she had something to do. Also, if Abby got a good lawyer I feel like she could’ve gotten away with involuntary manslaughter or a less sentence because since the evidence was in the cup it would be hard to prove she did it. Like it would be one of those cases that’s hard to decide if she was guilty or not based on the evidence, to me at least. Anyway, thanks for another great review! 😊
She was with Will, the youngest son, when he cut his hand shucking an oyster. She used her shirt to stop the blood. Then when the murder stuff came up she hid the shirt. It was meant to throw us off the trail.

Now onto this dumpster fire of a show. It was a terrible “eat the rich” story….well maybe more hate than murder-inspiring.
The best things about it were the view and their dance intro. It all went downhill from there….from Ray Donovan trying not to sound like Ray Donovan to his pure douchiness at hitting golf balls into the bay…to Nicole Kidman’s filters and overprotective, over privileged but hypocritical matriarch act…to Dakota Fanning’s voice. Is it me or is her acting getting worse?. She was also terrible in Ripley. And what a waste of Megan Fahey, who I really liked in the White Lotus but she seemed equal parts confused and confusing in this hot mess.
This series was just bad. Very bad.
I watched the first episode and then I just didn’t care and skipped to episode 6 so thanks for filling in the blanks for me. So one thing I still don’t know is why the detectives daughter had blood on her shirt? It made it seem like she had something to do. Also, if Abby got a good lawyer I feel like she could’ve gotten away with involuntary manslaughter or a less sentence because since the evidence was in the cup it would be hard to prove she did it. Like it would be one of those cases that’s hard to decide if she was guilty or not based on the evidence, to me at least. Anyway, thanks for another great review! 😊
She was with Will, the youngest son, when he cut his hand shucking an oyster. She used her shirt to stop the blood. Then when the murder stuff came up she hid the shirt. It was meant to throw us off the trail.
