She settled in Qingshui Town and renamed as Wen Xiaoliu. The Prince Qiang Xuan of Xuanyuan was Xiaoliu’s cousin. To find Xiaoliu, he travelled around Dahuang and came to Qingshui Town. In Qingshui Town, Xiaoliu saved Tushan Jing in danger and fell in love with him. Xiang Liu and Xiaoliu appreciated each other and became confidants. After a few twists and turns, Qiang Xuan and Xiaoliu eventually recognized each other. After recovering her identity, Xiaoliu helped Qiang Xuan bring the whole world under his rule and retired from the rivers and lakes. The thoughtless man puts all his energy into governing the country, because he knows that as long as the world is at peace, his little boy will be able to be happy and healthy.

Even though we know the ending will be heartbreaking and we've already been through a lot after season one, we still watch it as soon as it's released. This is because we understand that love and life in reality mirror this drama-bitter, sweet, heart-wrenching, and full of yearning.
She assumed so wrong it isnt his foster father, its her .. he loves her and she feels more than friendship for him , but neither one will say those words .. heart breaking .
It's because XL usually never lets her be confident with his feelings for her...She did love XL, she wanted him to take the first step at least once! But XL knew his love for her is only going to cause disturbances in her already traumatized life, she will be in pain forever, so he kept pushing her away so when all of a sudden he talked that softly, it was very natural for XY not to be able to guess the right person he's talking about...she just went with the usual flow ...his foster father! 😅😅

When Xiaoyao gave Cang Xuan back that flower, I felt so bad for him. But I understand why she did it. He's her brother. She loves him but not in the same way he does. She wants him to be happy. Even if it's not with her. Plus, she also has 3 other guys who are in love with her, which she has to deal with. Also, Is it just me, or while watching season one anyone else wishes it was just a love triangle between these 3. Like, leave her brother and the other guy out. And let the story be about the love triangle of Jing, Xiaoyao, and Xiang Lu.

In the story here, she loves Cang Xuan as a beloved brother, and likes Feng Long as a good friend, not lovers. She only shows romantic feelings to Jing and Xiang Liu. So I agree with you about the love triangle. I think the author wants to make the story more interesting and complicated to keep the attention of the audience by NOT writing only about her romantic relationships. The complicated plot is just something that comes with a video script that is converted from a novel.
