TRASH PICKED LAWN MOWER MOUNTFIELD HP474 IS IT SCRAP OR CASH ?

I picked up two mowers for free but they are in bad shape, one is only good for part. The other is non running and needed some spare parts, lets see if I can turn this trash picked mower from scrap to cash.
