Hi Luke, as you may recall, Jin had ZERO Singing and ZERO Dancing Experience when recruited to Big Hit (BTS Label), but worked extra hard to catch up with the rest of the members, and the rest is history. Jin's Awesome & never ceases to AMAZE! 💜

Epiphany saved my life. This song changed everything. I mean that sincerely. I was hoping the version you’d be watching has lyrics. Look them up. Trust me. The first time I heard it I thought it was a pretty song. The first time I heard it with lyrics.. I ugly cried like I hadn’t in years and knew from that moment 1. I’d be a fan forever, 2. I finally understood something about myself that was destroying me inside, something I may not have ever understood on my own. Something I continue to work on every single day since. Truly. I owe this song everything. 💜
I have to tell you, this is pretty much exactly what happened to me. This was one of the first songs I ever heard by them (I somehow got directed to the song when I was first falling down the rabbit hole), and I thought it was beautiful. But then I watched a version that had the lyrics, and I ugly cried, especially at the end when he was just wailing out those notes… it was like it put some pieces of my heart back together that I never knew could be repaired. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it saved my life, but it has definitely been an impetus to making me want to change it for the better.

@@fiza7282 the problem with the music video is that it’s just a trailer - it doesn’t have the whole song in it, so it doesn’t have the same impact as the whole song does. If Luke decides to react to the song but with lyrics this time, I hope he chooses a live version with lyrics in the video. I feel like it hits you hardest that way.

Epiphany *litterally* saved my life! I was in a *very* dark place at the time and I bawled my eyes out when I heard it. Epiphany and Jin's voice altered my entire perspective on life and made me determined to change a lot of major things for the better. The message of Epiphany made me ARMY and I'm forever grateful for that.
I've since seen how it's also empowered people to break free of bad relationships and other toxic situations so Epiphany really is a life changer for a lot of people. It's also very important to the guys themselves and Suga even named it as his favorite BTS song once. 💜

Jin's voice really thrives in pop songs and ballads especially with a rock edge to it! Like fake love... i hope he gets to develop this side even more and take advantage of his high belted notes!
I've heard from some Army who saw him perform this song live in person, they were really taken aback by Jin and videos don't make him justice! Apparently it really sends chills down your spin, his voice is one of the most powerful one!

So many people say that when they met him in person, he is unbelievably handsome, so much more so than in pictures and through screens. Also, Jin did not sing and dance when he was recruited for BTS. He was going to college for acting. He was signed for his looks.

To think that he started training to sing only like 8-9 years ago is insane. He's come a long way in a short period of time.
This song has always had a HUGE emotional impact on me, I cry Every. Single. Bloody. Time. It's so beautiful and the lyrics (once translated) make me cry even more. The official video is so absolutely perfect.
There is a little boy in South America that was autistic and when he heard Jin voices he reacted and came back he is calling Jin his angel that he was seeing where he was.
The look of sheer amazement on your face - that “what the hell did I just watch” look that we all get when Jin sings. This song has so much depth - the lyrics are so blindingly good. It touches my heart every time. Interesting fact - he couldn’t really play the piano but learned this song so he could play it on stage. He is now learning to play properly. And to think, when they first debuted, Jin got so much hate from people because they said he was lacking as a vocalist! He has worked so hard to get to where he is vocally and all that hard work has paid off. People now are blown away by his skills. Sad he had to get the hate but he is amazing.

Wow I don’t think I’ve ever seen you speechless! This song holds a special place in many ARMY’s hearts (you should check out the lyrics) and Jin was the perfect one to sing it in my opinion. Awake is my personal favorite of Jin’s solos as part of BTS but this song gives me the chills every time. I know that people have already mentioned it, hopefully someone sent you a link, but there’s a video where he has thousands of people singing “I’m the one I should love” with him. It’s truly a beautiful moment. Jin comes from a zero singing and zero dancing background. The fact that he still decided to join BTS and become a great dancer and legendary singer truly motivates me to always try new things, especially if it’s outside of my comfort zone.
I also wanted to mention that the end part where he just belts his heart out is the most therapeutic thing to do when I sing along with him. It’s like I’m releasing all of my pent of feelings of confusion, anger, sadness, insecurity, etc. Truly a healing song.

I have struggled with depression since I was a child and grew up believing my sorrow is caused because I am not good enough or worthy of happiness. That my punishment is to live my life and deal with the self hate and disappointment. I was 34 when I started my loop journey and became Army. I am 36 now (21st was my bday). And it took me that long and it took BTS to talk about mental health and self love in a way that seemed sincere and real for me to look inward and face all the demons I ran from. I am much happier and better dad and husband because of it. I know I also deserve happiness and that loving yourself isn’t a switch you flip, it’s something you work on every day and it’s hard… but it is SO worth it.

. V has an amazing solo, singularity, which i recommend. But V and Jin are lead vocalists. The main vocalist (a higher level) are Jungkook and Jimin. Jimin has 3 solos that are killers, Lie, Serendipity, and Filter. I HIGHLY recommend them in that order. Be prepared to be blown away! Borahae 💜

Epiphany is one of those songs that you love listening to, but at the same time you start to cry every time you hear it. No matter where I am, no matter when, no matter what’s going on around me, this song brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it. Jin really is an incredible vocalist and this song really proves that.
Epiphany is not just a song. It's a emotion. It's my healing song and Jin is my healer.
When I first listened to Epiphany I was in depression and suicidal. But with this masterpiece and professional help I got better. At least I'm not suicidal anymore. This song is the one that taught me to love myself and value myself more. I'm truly grateful to Jin and his heavenly vocals.

Epiphany is a song I hold very dear to my heart bc I've struggled with self worth and self love for a very long time and it may sound overdramatic but this song is what made me realize that I should start learning to love myself and treat myself as gently as I do the people I care about. The first time I listened and actually read the lyrics I cried, I'm not ashamed to admit.
Jin's vocals are absolutely amazing and beautiful and it feels like he gets slept on bc he tends not to really step into the spotlight, he lets the others do it instead. He's an amazing person in general and BTS wouldnt be who they are without him. And on top of all of that the fact that he didn't have any vocal training before he joined bighit???
The man is a vocal king and more people need to put respect on his name.
