And incase you didn't know, in Japan a standing ovation is the highest compliment you can get.
Yeah they are all custom. I remember there was one concert where something happened to the in-ear of one of them... and they were going to have to have a replacement flown from Korea. These in-ears are so highly technical now

it saved many lives and give hope to many people suffering with insecurities. I used to be very meek and insecure about my appearance. I used to always prioritize other's opinion about me. this insecurity caused a lot of damage to my self-respect and confidence. Not goanna lie, I started to appreciate my unique self-more after seeing Jin and his own journey from being shy and insecure to the WWH epitome of confidence.

Jin is super shy in person. He turns a real red when all eyes are on him when he's not on stage or 'being an idol'. It's kinda funny.
Behind the scenes he's one of the team leaders. RM had a super hard time after Jin went in the military.
JK had a super hard time 2 I was really worried about JK he cried a lot drank too much didn't leave his apartment for days at a time. He finally started doing his boxing and working out again and that seemed to help him a lot. People just don't get it how real their attachment to each other are. Jim and rarely ever stays at his own apartment he's usually staying with one of the others he can't stand to be without them for more than a few days.

I know. I really felt bad for him both when Jin & Hobi went in. I noticed he was having a really hard time. I, like all Army were heartbroken to see them leave. But we now have our moon back & will soon have our sunshine back too. Shortly after that the rest of BTS comes home.

Isn't he AMAZING and this song is so beautiful - that voice was the ultimate gift to us when they "plucked" Jin off the streets for his looks - imagine that - you are asked to audition on your looks [which are perfect] and then THIS voice makes it's way to the surface - like I keep saying - BTS were meant to be - the 7 are all part of the sum of one - they are a once in a generation phenomenon...we are so lucky to be part of their journey. He is the most special person. He loves ARMY so much that he is GIVING out polite hugs or handshakes on the 13th for some lucky ARMY who will be chosen by a lottery. This is for the BTS Festa event. It was posted on Weavers website. I can't think of any other artist as Big as they are doing something like this. I love him so much!

One of the many things I love most about BTS is that not only do they manage to be an incredible group but they also let each member shine on their own too. Not every group could pull off having each member do a solo performance on a world tour, but with BTS they absolutely can. I just love all 7 members of BTS so much, as a group and as soloists.
And there's no competition between them, no trying to outshine each other. I just love these boys.❤❤❤

It's always brings a tear to my eye when I hear Epiphany.
Jin was determined to learn this on the piano to accompany himself. He can also play the guitar well enough to accompany the others. I love the lines, 'I'm the one I should love, Shining me precious soul of mine'. Jin is essentially an introvert but he won't let people walk over him. He doesn't want a haircut, he tells the staff it isn't going to happen. He wants purple hair? He dyes it himself. He wanted a special piano for this, he got it. He also loves doing special things during encores for ARMYs. Can't wait for him to be back on June 12 and then he's doing a fan meet followed by an online fan event on their debut anniversary on June 13th. When you consider that this man was chosen purely on his looks then worked his socks off to be an amazing dancer and even more amazing singer. Such a legend.
Jin is the one that can make me cry with his vocals.
JIN is a beautiful and talented person both in appearance and inside. I can't wait for next week when he comes back from the army.
The other thing you should know, though the others often describe Jin as being an angel he can silence RM with a look and a raised finger. When Vs antics in a convertible had him leaning so far out of the car he was in danger of falling the next shot showed Jin with a firm hold of the back of his hair holding him safely in position like a naughty puppy. I had no problem seeing him as a leader and instructor of recruits in the army.
The more you learn about Jin, the more you fall in love with him. He is one of the most genuine person and it shows, in his music and overall interactions.
In fact he is the only idol who got two standing ovations from Japanese army which is the highest regard given to an artist - for his live performances of Awake and Epiphany.

A lot of ARMYs during the Love Yourself era said during concerts Epiphany live just hits different than the studio version.

I'm so happy for the Korean ARMYs that get to meet Jin and get an actual hug or handshake from him on June 13. He's scheduled a 3 hr private in person meet and greet then a 1 hour online hosting on BTS' 11th anniversary. Just like he promised he's meeting ARMYs as soon as he leaves the military, about one day after he gets out of the military, actually. The announcement noted it was at his request.

He learned to play the piano for this song. He learned to play the guitar for the Wings Concert so they could sing acoustic songs. Jin learned to sing after he signed with Big Hit. Jin has always been able to learn to perform on stage. His kryptonite is dancing but he says he just moves smoothly and it looks like dancing. lol This live performance the rain stops then goes back up as he goes back in time.
Jin has been playing the piano for a few years, they can all tinker around enough to write a melody and chords.

Jin is called the pink prince. He can play piano, guitar, Jungkook plays drums, Jimin plays piano, V plays saxophone and violin, Suga can play a lot of instruments and I'm no sure about Jhope or RM.
Don't know if anyone else has said, so apologies. But since Jin was studying acting, he was a bit more ready for the attention, at least in interviews.
He didn't have the musical history of the others, but he would be "extra" in interviews to deflect attention from the members who weren't ready to deal with it.
WWH is part of that, part of him making others happy with in turn makes him happy.
On a side note, of all the members, Jin is the one who treats us all like his younger siblings. He loves us,and will do embarrassing things cause he knows it will make us smile, but he doesn't let us get away with anything.

Today Jin posted in Instagram just one word.... D-10!!! YES... the countdown for the Astronaut's re-entry has officially BEGUN!!! YES!!!!.... I'm watching In the SOOP Season 2 and saw this pop up. It was so much fun watching them just play and relax together. Other trips they tried so hard to do things and in Season 2 it was more relaxing. Jin played video games a lot and he's so cute... and he did some cooking that he wanted to do. He talked about how this is how he usually spends his down time. I feel a little bad that FESTA is just as Jin is leaving the military... plus just the other day he rushed from camp to go check on his sick dad who had a fever. Luckily it wasn't serious and he went back to camp so he could finish out his last days. Let's pray that his dad continues to recover well. And as much as I miss him I want him to go have a real rest for a bit. I am so VERY tempted to go for FESTA but I'd have to rush renewing my passport and it's all just for one day. I'm just going to do the live stream and keep saving my pennies for next year. My nephew lives in Korea near everything. so at least I can see them too.

Belting a song is a special technique when the singer carries their chest voice over their break or passaggio......... musical technical term..... to their head voice. Jin is the only BTS member who has this skill. Not all singers can do this. It's not singing in falsetto. He uses this technique at times during "Dynamite" and "House of Cards" and other songs and at the end of "Ephinany". His voice is my favorite because I'm a Musical Theatre person. And he has a musical theatre voice. Jin could take over Broadway with his singing and acting skills. But he prefers to stay with BTS. He has been asked to be in movies. He said No. Maybe later. When he is past his dancing Prime with BTS. Others have shared he taught himself to play piano. Remember I warned you not to be fooled by rumors. This is NOT a rumor. How do we know? Jin videoed himself taking his first piano lesson at home in his bedroom. He was terrible. But he stuck with it and just laughed at himself. Another subject. Have you ever seen a Broadway show? If not. It's a Must. If the stage version of "Lion King" comes to Dallas...make sure and take your family to see it. Or any other Disney type musical. They're so magical. My fav adult musical..."Les Mis". Oh. And there is another version of "Ephinany". It's a wonderful compilation of all his other performances and outfits! You'd love it. I'm enjoying your sweet precious heart reacting to the lyrics. Now you know. You really know why we love BTS. They model this philosophy and teach us to do the same. Other Kpop groups may be good at performing. But no one has BTS's heart and Love! No One!!!

The mic is of different color for each member, they all have the same mic but in different colors, and yes they have crystal beads and a matching earpiece 😅 you'll more of them if you watch more live performances .. and you might be able to bump into Jin's reaction when his mic got damage during rehearsals 😅

Fun fact : Every BTS members has multiple attributed microphones with specifics color and a matching ear buds. Some of the members got some microphones with the same colors as another member, but they will never use the same color in a concert.
Namjoon has a sky blue mic, a black mic, a silver mic and a dark blue mic
Jin has a pink mic, a white mic and a light green mic,
Suga has a black mic, a silver mic and a holographic black microphone,
Hope has a silver but with blue crystals mic, a red mic, a white mic and a mint mic
Jimin has a gold mic, a golden yellow mic and a silver mic
V has a green mic, a gray mic and a red mic
And Junkook got a purple mic, a blue mic with holographic purple crystals, and a burgundy mic.
So if you take notice they never has the same mic color and if I take Jimin and V as an example, once they switched ear buds and you could see cus Jimin was wearing a green that matches Tae's mic and Tae was wearing a gold ear bud that matched Jimin's mic

That stare was something Bang PD instilled in them when they were trainees. If you notice they all know where the cameras are, they practiced that even during their performances.
