Vietnamese food would be more enticing and enjoyable if the vendors practiced hygiene and safety. And the people shouldn’t throw garbage everywhere. Sad.

@@Chillwithpiggy Cities under the Democrat rules and operate, they urinate and defecate on the streets in San Francisco and NYC. The Vietnamese can do better than that if they want to attract tourists.

Looks like a nice place to live, but when I travel I try to find the places with the most locals. What's the point of going to a foreign country if you just hang out with other white people?
