there are christians who wrote entire books dedicated to trying to find loopholes around the not eating pork rule. they must just reallllly like eating it idk i never cared for it myself personally even when i was christian.
From what I know pigs are easy to take care of relative to other animals and are fatter. Abolishing them would make life much harder for everyone. This is ofcourse during medieval europe. I don't think it applies today.

This is because for individuals who know about the forbidden law of eating pork, then surely that individual also knows that in Judaism it is also forbidden to eat pork. Therefore, it is not only Muslims who are prohibited from eating pork. Therefore there are indeed many bishops in the Christian religion who have the status of lack of knowledge. Therefore, it is not surprising if there is something forbidden by God, but made lawful by this group of Christians. This is because their source of reference is bishops who have a status of lack of knowledge like this bishop.

The Mosaic Food laws for those under the Mosaic Covenant ie descendants of Jacob [ Israel] stated they should not eat pork. Gentiles are NOT under the Mosaic food laws or the Covenant. Muslims are also Gentiles so why is Islam under the Mosaic food laws which state that you cannot eat Camel - yet eat camel and point the finger at Christians for eating Pork.
