    Hi Tks for your recipe .I have made a double batch and placed the balance in the refrigerator. The following day (leave at room temperature) the buttercream still very stiff, will it be ok if I add some coconut cream/milk or pandan juice (didn’t want anything sweet) before re-whip to soften it?Hope to hear from u. Tks

      Can use but Anchor but will produce yellow buttercream compared to Lupark will produce white buttercream.

      Yasmin Roslan its already kinda white. But u can add white colouring if u wish. It depends on your butter too. ☺️

      add a lil bit of violet color. it will neutralize the yellow. tried and tested.

    Betul. Pernah try buat ada egg yolk sikit. And yg dah simpan 3 hari dlm peti ais biasa. Tak jadi. Hahah

    dah try buat tapi kenapa buttercream saya macam cair ye? adakah kalau terlebih pukul akan menyebablan cream jadi cair & dia tak kental..

      Noor Fittri sebelum masuk butter, please ensure telur putih and gula mixture dah betul2 kental and sejuk

      Kalau cair simpan dlm fridge for 30min dan whip balik.Pastikan egg white betul2 sejuk slm masuk butter.

    The buttercream looked too stiff & all clumping together. Not sure if the amount of butter added would taste great eventually.
