The following day (leave at room temperature) the buttercream still very stiff, will it be ok if I add some coconut cream/milk or pandan juice (didn’t want anything sweet) before re-whip to soften it?Hope to hear from u. Noor Fittri sebelum masuk butter, please ensure telur putih and gula mixture dah betul2 kental and sejuk
Kalau cair simpan dlm fridge for 30min dan whip balik.Pastikan egg white betul2 sejuk slm masuk butter.
