    Mocha Mousse Cake:-
    Ingredients for base:-
    20 Biscuits
    2 tbsp Butter
    Mix all ingredients well and set this mixture in 8” square ring mould
    Take 1 ½ tbsp Agar Agar and add 100 ml milk in pan and soaked for 5 minutes. After resting cook as shown in video and keep aside.
    100gms White Chocolate
    3 tbsp Single Cream
    Melt both ingredients and mix well.
    After mixing well add ½ cup cream cheese and mix well. Add ½ cup cream cheese
    Now take 200ml whipping cream and beat as shown in video. Add 2 tbsp coffee powder and 2 tbsp sugar in it and mix well. Now add chocolate mixture in agar agar cream and mix well. Apply ¼ cup cold coffee syrup and Pour this mixture in ring and set it.
    For Jelly:-
    225ml Water
    3 tbsp Sugar
    1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
    1 ½ tbsp Agar Agar
    2 tbsp Dark Chocolate
    1 tbsp Corn Flour
    1 tsp Coffee powder
    Cook all ingredients as shown in video. Set in mould.
    After set the mousse remove it and garnish it as shown to you.
