Hi Beltran! Yes nakadala kami last time ng gluta capsules at nakalusot naman, but I cannot assure if di ka masisita, although supplements lang naman yan so baka okay lang din. Ang March is spring season na, pero malamig pa rin pero manageable na masyado, no need ng makapal na jacket, not unless lamigin kang tao.
