poor game changer updates, twitch/udyr/rammus/viego/ADC range champions becoming assassins, rank systems now are not reliable when you're playing.. players still not consider to win the game, so you should base to change this also and not to rely whenever what player split has. do this instead win/lose diff and what split to play with the other the same or nearly win/lose diff and split player, riot should also add another 3 bans to balance it more and change it to tournament draft it is the time to make this happen in rank game, focus on the other champions that are not playable in competitive games like rank queues, blocked or reported players should not played with him for the next 3 games in diamond to lower ranks, player who are selling the game in rank game should have penalty.. your game is dying literally.. put a suggestion box or message for nerf/bug/player report on your client to send messages to your end, this makes your game reliable and understandable for your gamers (like customers and sellers you guys need a relationship like this) and wish that you would honor or listen on their request so that your game make wonderful, this is the key to gain more players again and make your game playable
