We tracked down the Saints of London Sourdough in order to learn from the best. Sourdough Sophia aka Sophia Sutton-Jones showed us her brilliant recipe for the perfect Beginners Loaf. Our next sourdough film shows Matthew Jones from Bread Ahead teaching us his 'No Knead Loaf'.

Honestly, I thought it was boring. Sophia cramps the free wheelin' style of TopJaw. Felt sorry for Jesse having to put up with her. Look forward to borders opening up and future hedonistic, indulgent and hectic travel/food vids.
I'm a huge fan of your channel, but could you release at least 1 video per week, instead of per 3-4 weeks? Coz' I really2 like your videos and cinematography, etc. I also feel that it could help you gain many subscribers and maintain the existing ones. Thanks and great job for trying out for this kind of video.

Took me a couple of tries to get through the video. It really is a big departure from the manic pacing on the previous videos. Jessie's awkward body language throughout made it seem as though we were seeing a different person altogether. Might take a few tries to get get the right rhythm and style for these types of videos, but I'm sure the team will get there. I like the fact you guys are trying new things for the new times. It doesn't get more basic than bread. Seems like the right place to start. 👍
