Kelly! I love you! I used to live in London and was tempted to go to Psycic sisters but THANK GOD I DIDNT GO! Now I have read the Bible i know it is disgusting to God. Since you’re Christian and you just gave up alcohol for Lent - I salute you! It’s not an easy thing to do! And you did it together which means you’re a strong couple! I just wish you the best and I’m proud of you taking these steps to be closer to God! I do not judge you! The Earthquake was scary!!!! We live on Long Island and my husband and I were cleaning out our refrigerator. there was loud rumbling everything was shaking in the house I honestly thought the house and roof were going to collapse, I of course am the one that freaks out, my husband is the calm one. I know people don't come at me but for us in New York so not normal, a very unsettling experience.

I was born and raised in Salem Oregon, now I live in WA, but only 90 min. from Salem and my family is still there, so I go there all the time, definitely NOT woke here!
Regarding speed queens, 25+ years ago my father in law went to buy a washer and wanted the best one, the store suggested speed queen and it is still running to this day!

Just witnessed the total eclipse here in Southern Indiana. It was the most amazing thing I've ever seen. We had clear skies and over 3 minutes of totality. It was awesome!!

We bought a Whirlpool washer that crapped out in 2 years. We call the appliance guy who comes out, says it's the TRANSMISSION and not worth the money to have it fixed and to look for a DIRECT DRIVE TRANSMISSION washer. Thing is, apparently all the Speed Queen's have the direct drive, which is why they're considered the 'most reliable'. But we ended up getting an LG WITH DIRECT DRIVE. Jury is out still....🤔 I'm in OREGON!! ha
For sure it was the holiday week/weekend… The roads were different around here. The traffic was lighter and my husband‘s business was not as busy as usual - almost everyone I spoke with said the same thing.

I love the roasted sweet potatoes in Japan. They are sold in carts on the streets. The inside of the sweet potato is yellowish. Such a nice, warm treat during the winter.

Kelly, those blankets are very easy to make. It’s finger crocheting or finger knitting very easy RUclips it.
I made one of those blankets. I just watched a RUclips video and followed it. It’s VERY easy and easy. Buy one skein of yarn and try to follow a video. That way, you don’t spend a bunch of money on yarn if you don’t enjoy doing it.
Happy You are home safely. I live a block from the coast of Lake Erie in Ohio- RIGHT in the path of totality. Schools closed, businesses closed, warning signs at gas stations to fuel up. The Gov deployed the Nat'l Guard. WHY ?? I don't get it. But..All the other signs of earthquakes, comets, lightening..God says Repent America. I am solid with Jesus myself. Let's see what the heavens and earth are about to do :)
