- One issue raised by Brian Steel, lawyer for Jeffery "Young Thug" Williams, is the completeness of the record of the June 10 ex parte with Judge Glanville, prosecutors and Kenneth "Woody" Copeland and whether other ex partes have taken place that they don't know about. They are getting the transcript from a June 7 ex parte.

Interesting… defense had more ex parte meetings
But they didn’t have an Ex Parte with a sworn witness, Better yet no witness at all was present for the Defense! Ex Parte meetings are common. But they are not common to have with a sworn in witness.
hi, with all due respect.... it seems like you haven't been paying attention....at all. There's nothing wrong with ex parte meetings. Lawyers have them ALL the time for many different reasons. That's not the problem. The problem is the defense was not made aware of it as the LAW states they should be. It was with a SWORN witness - that was ON the stand AND they coerced tf outta him to testify because they don't have a case without him. They are losers, and they are losing. I just find it weird how the very very small Ms. Love fan club seems to overlook actual RULES and LAW when siding with her. Very much weird.
An ex parte is not instantly wrong. Why it’s held, how it’s held, contents of the ex parte etc determine that. All ex parte’s must be disclosed to the other side as quickly as possible (no, a month and a half later isn’t as “quickly as possible). The June 7th ex parte was not disclosed to the defense and the June 10th ex parte was with a sworn witness which is completely improper
What was Love asking?
She was jumping in when Hyland needed to answer. Then really just got offended because she got yelled at and the others didn't. This judge is not doing the "everyone behave", she is yelling at specific people.
Having practiced 16 years or so as a lawyer allows me to say that Steele is a terribly unprofessional and bellicose lawyer. He’s been totally out of order.
Brian steele gas every right to act in such a manner, especially after been escorted put of court by police lije a criminal and held in contempt for standing up for the truth. Love is disgusting, a disappointment to the law profession.
You are one of the minorities - even the current Judge Whitaker mostly sided with Mr. Steele!

So basically the prior judge didn’t do anything wrong. Mr. Still has to work harder and is trying to use technicalities to get the case dismissed. But ppl say he is a good lawyer 😂
