@@thatelevatorpersonfilms sorry if I didn't reply back to you in time. This system is a Verdin Supreme electric carillon bell system. This system didn't exist until right around 2008 when it replaced the Verdin Alpha II or Singing Tower system that came out in the mid 1990s.
