Fact:To defeat a character in kof you must make them expect the same move by using that move 2 to 3 times to comfuse them thats how you think smart cause if you dont do this you wont beat them and this message is for all the noobs out there and after using it 2 times use a deferent move

It's not a bug, in KOF 97 only some characters have theme music (usually the team leaders, and some teams none at all), when it's a character without a theme, it only plays the stage music or the sound of the crowd.
