A stage 2 which is only an intercooler and a downpipe will hit low 3s on E85, with the record being 2.8. You said it would take an S4 thousands in modifications to run a 3.9 like in this video, when in reality, it does not. Thats only .3 seconds faster than a bone stock S4 of 4.2 seconds. Honestly, I would say they are just as capable. The S4 is running 9s on a stock frame hybrid turbo. There is a bit more support out for the BMW platform currently, but, there is 1 built block EA839 S4 thats making over 1,000whp. So as soon as more support comes out for them, we will see the newer platform run 8s as well, and rival the old B5 S4.

Its also about getting the balance right for the right conditions. Traction control off in damp, wet or slippery conditions may cause the wheels to slip too much so in some case traction on might be better to manage the power.

The tune also costs a pretty penny on the s4/s5 I think dollar for dollar you still get more power out of the b58 but I love the Audi’s as well

On average, a stage 2 on e85 will see 3.1-3.3
