The melodic hip hop song Triumphant by the band AMP :) I made a music lyric video to that song a few months ago, and making the video took its time. - When it comes to playing, I'm not quite sure haha. I played keys a couple of times in worship when exchanging in the UK, but haven't done anything since. I guess it's not so much about the song for me, but more about practicing in general that can be hard.
Great song Champion you play it well! I’m the drummer in our worship team at my church, there are songs that i play that sound good and others I really get into it come out even better!. The presence on God and my way of worship is through the drums and helping others get to that feeling is awesome 😎

I’m new to worship drumming! my first time In a long time actually on a set was yesterday, and I’d say the hardest thing for me was staying on tempo with certain songs. I was by myself just kinda messing around because it was my first day, but do you have any tips on how to stay focused while worshiping at the same time??
Welcome to the wonderful realm of worship drumming! One thing that could help you out would be practice at home with the songs. Practice my not be the funnest part of being a worship drummer but it is a game changer when you know the songs well enough where you don't have to think about what you are playing, and can freely worship! @@JordanJMSDrums I would look at some vids on the internet. Make sure to really tighten that bottom head and it really helps to use a 42 strand snare wire. Also, Evans E rings really help the sound out. That just some things I would do
Joel Kendrick I use a 30 strand but have thought about using a 42 Strand! I have my bottom head cranked. I don’t have the Evans E ring, I do have the snare weight though! Dude! I appreciate your feedback! Thanks man! 😊

Is that a different snare you’re using? It sounds super dull and choked.
Hunter McGonigle it’s my normal snare. Tried a different compressor on it. Might have added to much.
