I had a student who I had no clue had a hearing impairment, until his mother told me at a meeting. She said that he refused to wear his hearing aids, due to bullying. I became so angry at the bullies and that he was limiting his ability to hear as a result. It’s really sad.

I have the same problem too I have mix hearing loss and really don’t like wearing my hearing aids bc kids would bully me over them. I stopped wearing them bc I could not take it. My family told me to wear them bc they said I looked pretty with them on so I stared wearing them again and I don’t care what people say no more. Keep your head up and be proud god made u the u are and that is beautiful❤️
I can see that she takes your advice to her heart and that is very rare with kids. She really looks up to you and that us truly a blessing to have the kids you have. My kids watch you guys and that's why this came across my recommendation and I am glad I watch. Be blessed and stay positive young sister.
