В который раз вижу то, что катушка на первом динамике чуть выше другого динамика громкоговорителей. Пожалуйста, будьте внимательны к простым вещам. in the final build when you put the smaller speakers back you didn't put them on the same way as the original ones. wondering why.
More surround dynamics. Modern treble speakers are placed like that.

Restoration,he practically renewed them. Fantastic work and great skill, but my concern is are they worth the money and labour cost 😮.
Indeed, the Bose speakers are some of the worst sounding ever. Everything about them is cheap, and all PR.
You could probably do a diy build for the same cost that would most likely sound a lot better. It was a very good restoration though
Well, considering none of those components were actually from Bose but the mid-range speakers, that is true! The reflex design is cool though, if only he had oriented the mids and tweeters as they were supposed to be…

I don’t recognize that particular Bose model. It looks like it could be some sort of large Bose professional version of the 301 or the 6.2. I don’t see any resemblance to Interaudio by Bose, but these speakers do remind me of the design language of Bose Studiocraft speakers.

never knew they sold the cones sepperate from the coils and spider , done some recearch and the stuff isnt all that expensive , have an old set of hughes and kettner PA speakers that im going to try a rebuild on

Why not install the very much needed bracing inside the box. Bose skimped out on rigid boxes and Bass.

Enjoy the channel. Not sure what the Black Crack filler is, But you seem to use as little as you can??? ( Does it cost a lot ??? ) Why don't you just use the Huge Amount of MDF Dust and Mix glue in it to make the Filler/Paste, It will be the same color as the MDF. Seeing how you are Sanding most of it away ....... And your only cost would be glue to mix it.

Judging by the design, I'd say these are about 1980 vintage. I worked for Bose in the U S most of my adult life and don't recall ever seeing a pair of these.

Die Bose Schriftzüge haben da leider nichts mehr verloren. Es freut mich, das es Menschen gibt, die restaurieren. Aber bei so einer Qualität der Restaurierung hat das nichts mehr mit Bose zu tun.

you can see how the damage to the speakers was done intentionally. with such protection from the metal grids, there was no way they would be so damaged inside.he poured something on the grill of the speakers to corrode it so that it looks very worn...
