Fantastic video, thank you! I started HRT patches for peri-menopause just over a week ago and have been sleeping better than I have in months! Hoping it will also help with my dry skin.

Hi Liz, if you do anymore vlogs with Dr Neeson could you ask her if she has any information on women with M.E. going through peri/menopause. Can it exacerbate symptoms?

Thanks for your comment - we'll save your question in case we chat to Louise again. Best wishes, the Wellbeing Team

Magnesium IS NOT THE ANSWER! New Zealand has soil deficient in magnesium. If magnesium deficiency was a problem the population of New Zealand would be suffering. Compare New Zealand lamb meat with lamb meat from other parts of the world (Australia, California) and you will see that New Zealand lamb meat is considerably lower in magnesium. Neither New Zealand lambs or humans are suffering from low magnesium levels. All you are doing is making supplement companies rich and your self poorer.
