Is there any problem that you detected in your smart lock? Cause mine doesn't unlock, just like another comment. I can use any of the options, it makes a noise, it says "unlocked" but it doesn't open...
Unfortunately mine didn’t unlock except with a key. Customer support responded quite promptly and waiting for a replacement

Mine worked for a month then stopped unlocking. The front door handle doesn’t turn the deadlock to open 😢
