Is ibuki really like Milla fro m gg strive? been trying out some chars and looking someone similiar to Milia. I tried Cammy, but I would really like some sort of projectile. I find sf v generally harder than gg strive. My mixup with milia is usally just short lower and upper combos and a few projectiles, but her airdash is so good. Was looking for something similar.
I can't really say, I've barely touched GG-S-. Funnily enough I find GG harder than SF, there's a lot more mechanics to remember and it's a much faster game :) There aren't really any high-low mixups in SFV other than empty jump lows, I believe Ibuki is the only character that can combo from an overhead (not including Urien with VT). Your mix-up game is basically attack or throw and within that making people think you are going to throw and punish for big damage (i.e. shimmy). Maybe try Luke and G, try out character trials and see what works well with you :)
Damn the Vskill combo whith the bonb a very different now... The bomb deal damage in mid air and the hit stun are weak we have just time too made a medium punch. Look like a big nerf right ? I stop playing since season 2

Hey I'm curious. I noticed for your notation that for say HP > DP > CA you did f+HP > qcf + k > qcf + k. I tried it and it blew my mind and makes doing DP into a CA so much easier. Doing f+hp > d, df+k for a hp into dp is easy but I was trying to add qcf at the end for the ca but was just too slow. Your method works great. However, sometimes the qcf + k gives me dash. I'm assuming the dp comes out because of the f + HP right before the qcf but even then sometimes I'm getting a dash. Am I doing it too slow those times or is this just a problem with this method of inputting it and I should just try and learn the normal way?
I'm guessing QCF+K is the dash so f QCF+K should give the DP as it has 2 inputs for DP hidden in it (f d df and f df f). I remember getting the dash occasionally, I think it is down to speed of input or potentially releasing the directial input to neutral. I remember Ibuki doesn't have very lenient cancel windows for cancelling DP into CA :(
@@sugami82 yeah she really doesn't. I see. I guess I'll play around with it maybe I'm doing it too slow so the F from f+Hp isn't being counted in the qcf
