They're covering the ending theme song of the recent film version of the basketball-themed anime "Slam Dunk", originally performed by the band 10-Feet. Tamu is covering 10-Feet's drummer facially.
The name of the song is "Dai Zero Kan", which means "The Zeroth Sense" (as in the sixth sense or the five senses). The band name 10-Feet comes from the height of a basketball hoop, also a height that an ordinary person can't jump but can try to-in other words going for something that's out of your reach, sort of like reaching for the stars. They wanted to call themselves 1,000 Feet but decided that was overdoing it. ("Thousand" is "sen" in Japanese, and "ten" is close.)

@@waterwalker9600 Hey WaterWalker. The original vdo by 10-Feet has 22M views. The hat is from Drummers Top Team, run by two pro drummers. They do all sorts of things in addition to playing, such as seminars, tech support, equipment sales, apparel sales. I've seen various Japanese drummers in that hat.
