Demonstrating well reasoned articulate responses without sounding overly robotic, unnaturally artificial or coached & parroting can usually indicate a person is also a great listener, is a caring human, seeks out connections and friendships, willing and wants to lead. Is a natural teacher in many different areas both on field and off and will catch 18 td’s for 1350 yds on their way to co-offensive roty winners with his QB. Well maybe communication wont be the driving force for the last item there, but as far as the other traits go my experiences have taught me they are correlated and often the case presented together for a specific reason, that individual is dedicated
