- Grant Fisher ran 26:33.84 to narrowly beat Moh Ahmed 26:34.14 as they crushed Galen Rupp's North American record at 10,000m at the TEN. Full recap and analysis here: www.letsrun.co...
We are witnessing quite possibly the greatest American distance runner in the making
Moh runs 26:34 and loses....to his own teammate. Distance running is getting wild. I love it
Galen’s legacy as “US golden boy” is quickly being rewritten… 💥💥💥
Galen still the golden boy until Fisher medals.
Records are made to be broken- global championship medals are forever
@@cwbb76 true!
Don't forget Galen did not have this shoe technology available to him.
@@josephseelos5176 Also true!
@@josephseelos5176 just like the runners before Galen
Fisher + Ahmed bromance
north america is ready for the world stage.beautiful conditions for this race and increadible team work
Mo, Paul and Grant what and awsome combo
Those are big hats
Stay away from those burritos
These guys ☝️🙌
Big ole hat
How does he PR by nearly 40 seconds?!?
As a kid my first two mile was 9:54. Three two miles later, 9:33. Learning how to race, do a time trial and how to win are way different. Often times in the next race. It happens and not always drug related if that's what you're hinting at.
@@rman51 what I’m getting at is that it’s AMAZING and when you’re already running incredibly fast times like Grant was, an improvement of that size is astonishing-an AR on top of that at a season opener is so exciting to see. Great things to come this year
@@andrewraymondroll Ah I see... I stand corrected and offer my apologies for misunderstanding the implied context!
Couldn't agree with you more. Now that Grant knows what he's capable of I want to see him be up with the leaders in all phases of big races like Galen use to do.
What a great time!?
1:03 "...frickin RiDiCuLouS if you really wanna ask me..."!!!
fisher may broke rupps records but there is no way he can score a global medal cause his 58 last lap must be a 51-2 at least so GALEN RUPP IS THE GREATEST AMERICAN DISTANCE RUNNER IN HISTORY
I think at 26.35 pace, u won't be finishing with:52 second final 400
@@tomharmon345 i am talking about tactical races you genius
count the number of times mo nods his head
Those Performance Enhancing Drugs made by Nike are surely working well! Please don't even think of telling me that these guys are clean.
So true.
and why is this team, BTC, doing so much better than all of the other teams?
@@josephseelos5176 Because they are sponsored by Nike. Nike pays well and drugs well.
@@CanadaMath very fishy
@@josephseelos5176 Everyone in the sport of Track is juiced to the max (since the 1970's). So it is not a surprise. I just feel we have the right to call them out.
