Sorry I am not agree with you. Music is not a physical property. It is in nature , it is with in all. One can be inspired from it but it cant be stolen. But you might be agree with this fact that even today after him in most of the music stations you may hear his music. But its very unfortunate that even today such long lasting music is neither being created nor COPIED/STOLEN.we must not show such disrespectful attitude towards any person who have left on heavenly abode .if we can't do something good or not recognizable work we must not be envied from some one, but we may get some good inspiration from any such great genius.

We often make mistake of treating Pancham da as a Composer only. No, he was, a Music Composer, a Pandit in Indian Classical Music, an Expert in Global Music, a Scientist in doing musical experiments, a Pioneer in Sound Engineering, perhaps the 1st man in earth to use Breathing as a rhythm, a great open hearted human being and above all a Great Leader who not only made himself immortal with his talent, but also made the musicians around him all Legend and immortal by nourishing and nurturing them to bring best out of them, a rare phenomenon in human history. Many of his musicians could identify their talents just because of his ability to encourage and develop them. Sri Louise Banks, Sri Homi Mullan, Pt Ronu Majumdar,Sri Ranjit Gazmer, the Great Tony Vaz to name a few, will give testimony to that. Pancham da was way beyond the World Of Music, he was something which can't be defined. It is our biggest misfortune that we could not recognize him in his lifetime and pay him the appreciation and recognition he deserved. It is the Time which proved what he was and what he left for the world of music to learn and emulate for.
