    Awesome video, and great work! That heater looks great. It sure is satisfying once you are done with one of those small projects, and step by step the Willys is all done! Keep up the good work.

    I wonder how well these ones work compared to the other new offerings online. my jeep had two of those one for driver and one for passenger I should try them out maybe.

      Based on the feel of the air flow without it installed, it kind of feels like it would work as a toe heater and not much else. Two of them might be sufficient, though.

    Colored heat shrink!!!!!! Put red on black and black on red. Solved. And I can print a knob if you want an original style switch. Just send me the dimensions!

    Why reverse the polarity on the fan? Couldn't you just flip the fan blade over? Never throw away old bicycle inner tubes

      Doesn't matter which way the blade is installed, it still moves air the same way. I suppose I could have bent the fins the opposite way, but I had a reversible motor and that was the path of least resistance. (And I have a couple old tubes, but I've been trying to organize and I have no clue where I put the dang things.)
