- As a long time student-athlete, Mya Schander wants to give a taste of the darkness in the mental health of athletes. Mya is a former long-time student-athlete. Mya wants to spread the importance of the mental health of athletes. Another topic is the depression of college students athletes after they graduate and don't go pro. The anxiety doesn't go away, and even if you hit the gym it does not feel the same. Its like we were so used to that adrenaline that once its over you kinda don't know what to do, you want to feel that again but you cant, and that leads you to depression

Dont be afraid to ask for help
They don’t need to work while they are not employed and there educators should be the ones counselling them during school hours. The police are supposed to council them when school hours do not exist because it is not operational (unless alternate events are booked).
That’s slavery I am not paid to be an educator either
