This is a very interesting documentary about new developments within the Chinese economy and for anyone interested in the new role of China in the international sphere is certainly quite illuminating. China is no longer about making cheap stuff. And, more importantly, every year it passes it seems more likely that the Middle Kingdom will manage to overcome or to break (sorry, I am not a English native speaker) the middle income trap.
Im a Malaysian Chinese. I would say one should go China and observe by self. I mean, before I went China, I thought China is a bit outdated, not that modern and less advance than my country. Then I got a chance to visit to (not even metropolitan city like Shanghai or Beijing), I was totally amazed. And when back to own country, I realized how much we are behind. Everything evolves seriously fast there. I have some respect to China now.

When speaking about Lenovo :))) they aquired IBM laptop product lines in order to enter US and European markets. Today the Tinkpad line of laptop is rubbish compared with what IBM produced.
