I’m not originally from Rule. Some family members have lived there forever. My uncle has passed away but was a local sign painter and farmer until he passed. Nolan Lees was his name. My aunt who has also passed retired from the old nursing home in Haskell and her name was Wanda Lees. I still have a cousin in Rule named Sandra LeFevre.
