Hi Chisom, since you said total package I’m guessing you mean inclusive of agency and all and I would also assume you mean on the island. With that price I would say you should check from Osapa to Chevron on both sides of the road. The specific areas include Igboefon, Jakande, Ologolo, New road and so on. Bear in mind that prices would vary depending on what kind of house you are looking for either a new house/newly renovated or old, probably in a gated estate/ serviced house or not, good access roads etc. If you concentrate on those areas listed, you would find something to your liking though you might have to inspect lots of properties and might get frustrated along the line, I wish you best of luck 🤞 in your search.

Hi, so I searched for the apartments myself and didn’t use any agents so I don’t have an agents contact but the 3bed apartment is just opposite Pottershand school on orchid road. If you need an agent, you can just access most of the other estates and look out for available apartments. There is always a banner with the contact of the buildings agent on the gate or fence , you can ask to see other apartments they have after giving them a description of what you want, I hope you find a suitable and nice place.

Yhh the light is a bit stable but you still have to use your gen, it’s not a serviced estate neither is the power predictable.

Accessibility in terms of location also matters, that’s what determines the rent this days, with other charges like estates, service charge etc

@ayobami5774 oh yeah houses look similar here In Lagos especially on the island. So this orchid road is in lekki Lagos, just by the second toll gate.
