3D Text in Perspective in Illustrator

Love it, thank you! The only way I've seen demonstrated to create 1 point perspective text with a vanishing point (if you made the bottom text really small)

At :19 seconds, after you have typed in your text, you said go to "skillet". What in the world is that and where is it found?
I think you need to put in each step and not assume everyone knows what you are referring to. What is "each step", what is done, where is it found and so on. Otherwise, say at the beginning this is not for people new to Illustrator but for those who know Illustrator to some degree. I can't see what you are doing and you leave out too much.
