Yeah.. don’t reset your Xbox. But what is worth a try is a hard reboot. Long press the Xbox button on the console until it turns off. Take out the power cord from the back. Wait about 10s then reboot.

Guys guys guys, it’s not solvable you just have to hope that you’re one of the lucky ones able to play this brand new and perfectly working game;D

You don't need to do all this. I did the following and it worked for me:
1. Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to open the power center.
2. Select "Restart console."
3. On the "Restart console" screen, select "Restart."
4. Once the console has restarted, press and hold the Xbox button on your controller again to open the power center.
5. Select "Turn console off."
6. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
7. Wait for 10 seconds, then plug the power cable back in.
8. Turn on your console and try launching the game again.

@@exoticaim6996 what worked for me is make a alt account but i’d rather not do that cos then i have to level up to 50 again and loose all my black ices
