Damn...I've got the exact same beautiful bike..lol..the same speaker lids...the exact same speakers..in fact..6.5 and horn tweeters are all neo!!!!! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
We’re in So Cal so “it never rains in Southern California” ask Toni, tony, toné about that! Lol. You have to be over 40 to get that!! But if you ride your bike in the rain yes for sure! Thanks for the comment.
Please give a breakdown on the system installed .did you install a DSP because I didn't hear you say anything of a dsp n also my adv a SX690 neo would have solved rain issues .total amp 1200 Watts added right??
The amp is rated 120w x 4 @ 4ohm and 220w x 4 @2 ohm. He is using 2 channels at 4 ohm and 2 channels at 2 ohm. Total output (capable) 680W RMS. The speakers are rated as 110W for fronts and 130W for each rear. He has 2 fronts and 4 rear. 740W RMS useable by the speaker system. But the front speakers are 10W underrated to the power of the amp and the rears are 80W overrated. Meaning the actual RMS useable in this system is 660W.
We sell this complete package for $2329. There’s a link in the description below taking you directly to the product page. As far as installation is concerned: It takes anywhere from 7 to 8 hours for installation. And depending on the shop could range from anywhere between seventy five dollars through a hundred and twenty five dollars an hour.
Parallel. Speakers are 4ohm and there are 2 per side. The amp is a 4 channel, and the front speakers have to take a pair of channels so that leaves only one pair for the rear. The amp is not rated for 8ohm loads so they had to wire in parallel which put them at 2ohm loads per channel which the amp can work with.
@@elijahdelee2443 That's awesome to hear, I was gonna start a build now but if they have something weather proof in the pipeline maybe I'll hold off this season.
That’s the best system I’ve seen thus far.
Clean!!!!!! This needs more views
share it!!!
Diamond Audio Speakers would have provided close to twice the volume and clarity, sounds distorted at the end, was the radio flashed?
Exactly the set up I’m looking to do. With definitely hit u up when I’m ready to get this done

Good wax protects from the weather n makes cleaning easier. Do you have a recommendation for water resistant speakers for those that ride in the rain?
Am I the only one that thinks that you should have water resistant speakers on your motorcycle

I need this on my bike. ASAP
Can you post link to the lids? Thanks
Yeah for sure! Give me a day or two and I’ll get them on our site for you
Great system for fair weather riders, if it can’t get wet you should put it inside a car
How much for all system plus installation???
Do you like 4 6x9 in lids?or 6x9 facing inward inside bags?I can't decide I have same bike.trying decide what to do
Where did you get that lid kit
Do you make custom speaker grills for a batwing fairing?
Awesome video 👍
Thanks!’
Are they water proof?
Not fully water proof. Water resistant yeah so it can take a splash or two. But you’re not gonna want to get caught in the rain.
The speakers are
How did you wire the 4 6x9's together?... Series?... Parallel?.... Series/parallel?

Did you have to use a DSP and flash the radio? Or does the special radio come with outputs?
Needs a flash, don't need a dsp but if you want it to sound close to perfect then yes a dsp is needed
Great work
Thanks!
Is this setup for the rear quad 6x9s water proof? I am looking for a set of lids that will be water proof.. thx
Did you ever find weatherproof dual 6x9 lids? I'm currently looking for some too
@@sikz26300 nope... Still looking advanblack rep say they have some coming out soon but nothing out yet..
@@elijahdelee2443 That's awesome to hear, I was gonna start a build now but if they have something weather proof in the pipeline maybe I'll hold off this season.
@@sikz26300 yes that what the rep said but that has been almost a year n half... Fingers crossed though..
Thought it was vivid black
Does the manufacture of the lids offer color matching for all Harley Davidson OEM colors? I have a 2020 RGS Limited Edition (Billiard Red)
Unfortunately they only come in black or unfinished
They have matching colors from a company called advanblack, colors match really well
Why put disconnect under side panel.
Because they are Car Stereo Guys,,,,,,It needs a tune ,,its too muddled,,,,Setting up a Sled stereo are way differant than cars.
That 96 impala tho...
No bass. Dual 6x9 makes bass when they are facing the wheels
I hear distortion 🤷♂️
Wouldn't want a system that's not rain proof on a motorcycle. Just doesn't make sense.
