Nearly all of the machines are owned by Lakeside Sand + Gravel, restored and operated by members of the HCEA Harry Young chapter. While this is a private collection, it is one of the finest collections of construction machines and trucks anywhere. Many sole survivors.
What kind of engine in the Allis-Chalmers Motor Wagon?
Great photography. One of the best 15B videos on the net.
is it diesel?
was this like a club event? bring your own machines or all museum owned stuff?
billy007191 Depends on where the show is. I believe these machines are owned by private collectors. Other museums have their own equipment.

nice 15B can a Dragline actually dig into boulders and rock i havent tried it with mine yet...
How did that go for you ?
Detroit Diesel, don't know what size, possibly a 3-71 or smaller.
Valid question, 15-B's were also available with a variety of gas engines.
Its got a 3-53. A 3-71 is a little big for a half yard machine! Nice video!!!
SteamCrane, u say this dragline is loading rock, if you look closely it is rock with dirt in about it...
They did a nice restoration on this machine!
