Hi Mike, With the ikamper attachments at the cab end surely you can just undo the Front runner bars and slide the whole tent and bar back to do then tighten the cab one up then push into place and tighten the front bar up?
We could have done yes, but for speed and efficiency, we chose to opt for the alternative brackets. Although in hindsight, I’ve never removed the tent in all the time I’ve had it so that’s a moot point now 😂😂

Hi Mike, I had the same issue with the 3.0 brackets as you had and I solved it by the brackets facing the same direction towards the back and found it easy enough with the tool to tighten or lose n the brackets.i have a silverado 1500 and still couldn't get from the rear glass side so mounted it using this method
