Good update thank you...by the way I hear and see people posting about the return construction 🏗️ of Pinnacle Towers at Upper Hill Nairobi.... please do a check on it if it's truly back to construction...I and the rest will appreciate 🎉🎉
Yesss
You'd have done your viewers justice by going kwa ground... Konza has achieved alot that most of people on comment section don't understand.
I support this one manze
exactly what I came here for but didn't get
Konza will grow the day they fit a high speed rail connecting it to Nairobi. So that people working there have the choice to be mobile conveniently between the two cities.
Konza drainage and water supply is top norch, hata kunyeshe aje Konza hakuezi flood.
Doing the real facts on the ground has more impact on your audience. Impressions make it like building castles in the air....
I can view the light at the end of the tunnel. It is going to be a visionary city replete with advanced technological features.I hope it will run to completion to the very last phase. Maendeleo timamu, asante sana Dolphine 254.
Woooo was my request for you to do this one ,,,🎉🎉 thanks a lot dolphine ❤
God bless Kenya great video 🇰🇪❤️
Very impressive 🎉❤
This project will take the longest to complete if only Kenyans are involved! They need to lease land to top real estate development companies from around the world if they're really serious about selling this as the African silicon Valley.
Nice work experience
Konza City ain't real estate project it's a knowledge based city.... Infact the government want a controlled real estate around the city. THEY ARE MANY REAL ESTATE PROJECTS AROUND THE CITY
Good work sister
Nice work Dolphine. Query now is, how do i get a place here in the techno city? 🤔
I requested and then boom, thanks our sister😊😊😊😊
This is new kenya
Congratulations.
Hi dophine??
What happened to the railway city you showed us in ,2022?
😂😂😂😂😂😂,still in the procuring process till further notice 😅
Konza needs a dual carriage highway. And a high speed railway line with at least two to four car. After this it will be a sure bet.
Yeey, it Konza city🎉🎉
In all honesty, Konza is a long shot except for the tech university. Most investment being made in Kenya are residentials, warehouses and light manufucturing and Konza is way off compared to Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Tatu city, Tilisi, Northlands and Two Rivers. Evidence of this is land prices compared to areas I have mentioned with Kilimani topping at 400 million shillings per acre, 20 times what it cost in Konza.
Thanks for your feedback
It has already attracted many investors. If they offer incentives people will invest. If they provide infrastructure, expecially linking it to Nairobi then it will grow exponentially.
@@chrisamoi8663 apart from Kaist, I dont think there are many who have started to buid in Konza, let us give it time but honestly it faces serious competition from the areas I named, Kilimani and Tatu are hot potatoes and with shaping up of Northlands, Konza needs serious efforts to be a reality.
Of the neighborhoods that you have mentioned, Only Tatu city is comparable to Konza. Don't think of Konza as just another "city within a city" project. Think of Konza as the place where cutting-edge technology and research will be nurtured. This will be the place where innovation, experiments, and bleeding-edge technology will be coming from, and tech startups will have a conducive integrated city that grows them to be multi-billion companies. There is no such place that currently exists in Kenya.
@mwaurakinyanjui-tf4mx you know Konza has positioned itself as a technological city. This is a complete city and not just a settlement area like Kilimani. It will have an industrial area, commercial buildings, and residential areas just like Nairobi. I think the only city that can compete with it is Tatu City coz huko the dream is already alive.
It is another urban centre where hawkers of mitumba, mītungo, roast maize, grilled fish, mītura, waru karaī, cakes, canbbis and kīnana( flesh ready to "eat")
through your lens please

Sure goverment must maintain a controlled enviroment around the city to avoid mushrooming of informal settlement and funny vibandas.
😂😂😂
Very lazy people, 15 years two buildings 🤔
I don't think it is about being lazy. It is about lack of funds and investors. I don't mind the slow pace. It is better to go at our pace and own the buildings rather than selling everything to outside investors. Let the investors come to be renters.
Yeah being lazy is one of our strong characteristics. no need to rush. We have a swahili saying that goes pole pole ndio mwendo or haraka haraka haina baraka. In direct translation it means slow is the pace and the other phrase means hurry hurry has no blessings. We not competing with anyone so we good either way. Eventually we will see the fruits of our laziness. Guaranteed
The city so far has extensively been expanding horizontally the most important in city plan and takes time.Vertical highrise must find ready and modern horizontal development. Stay woke.
They have funding problems, there's no much thing going on there, that's why they are employing kienyeji work
I think you don't understand Govt vision, Konza is not a real estate project but a mindset
If they could provide a believable land registration system that is predictable, the diaspora would invest but nobody likes to see long term investments demolished to dust.
Konza is a flop..the government should scrap this money pit
