What about The hospital xity in Karamega?
Is it up and running the Mwale Hampton hospital. Too many infinished projects start one finish it get it runningvwell then start another. Dont let foreigners determine your projects.
Tatu city is already functional and running
I hope the new buildings have massive underground parking and since they are building the city from scratch I hope the built big parking garages with charging stations on the top floor.
No private cars will be allowed
Business persons and their employees would like to have their own parking
Now... this stadium?... that is probably a community pitch not a stadium... there is a difference...
There are several urban areas around with hundreds of thousands of people in need of such road infrastructure.
More taxes will come from here and build more roads elsewhere

I wish they never build petrol stations at Konza or Tatu and instead build EV stations for electric cars only so the cities can be smoke free and the air can be clean

@@christianomasika4166 I understand that but building such infrastructure I’m certain is way cheaper than the cost they incur importing petroleum every now and then whilst if they just incur a one time cost and build solar farms and ev stations they’ll save a lot of money for other projects.EV stations in fact don’t require large infrastructure like gas stations.
But not everyone will have an EV car
Petrol station is a must, very few people owns electric cars

Konza is a vision 2030 project , a kibaki vision. Uhuru had no vision so he turned vision 2030 projects into monuments to himself

Every project being implented today was all kibaki's idea for vision 2030

Tatu is private....konza is public and as for me Konza is almost done.....roads and sewerage systems have been done now mapping brts...... remember it's not the government who will build houses that's the work of private sector.....so there's a lot of work you're ignoring in the foundation
