The problem is not how to stand out, the problem is, how to get paid for your knowledge and skills. If you are in the business area of some kind, the majority of jobs are of low quality and low salary. Worse than this, most of the companies are managed and lead by people who have no degree at all, or even if they have one, their competencies are at the level of the last century.

Salaries will differ depending on city and company hiring the employee. Please check the websites as all companies list the salary for the job
