    The low cost of living in Lithuania used to be my favourite thing about the country but now it’s rising but obviously still better than most countries

I have a friend who had to differ his admission and now that I have started my process for the 2023 intake, I’m concerned with how best to tackle visa/VFS issue. Thank you.

      Hi Adeola, this VFS issue is really a problem for many. The alternative solution is to try going to other countries where they have VFS or LT EMBASSY.

      Hi Ndubuisi, those causes are great on their own but can be challenging to get a job in those areas, here in LT. However, you can study it and then transfer to other countries where they need such skills for work opportunities.

    Hello, according to my research about the working hours in Lithuania for international student like you said but I got to find out that an international student can work 40 hours a week, because I was shocked when you said a student can only work for 4 hours. please I will like to know if it was changed? Thank you!

      Hi Sophie, BSc students can work 4 hours a day that's 20hrs a week. Only MA and Ph.D. students can work full-time - 40 hrs a week. Hope this clarifies the working hours.

      Yes, absolutely Gulbert. I would say you have a high likelihood of getting admission and visa if you provide good reason for wanting to take another BSC degree. Go for it. Hope this helps. All the best

    May I ask you a few questions if you could help?
    Could you please advise if I can work in other EU countries after finishing the Master's study for 2 years? I know that I need to get a permit card or whatever it is called in that country but may I know what that would be the process like do I need to pay a tax for Lithuania.
    After 2 years of study, how long do I need to wait to get a permanent residency? Will they count on 2 years study period to apply for permanent residency?

      Great Question. This admission intake ends 1 June. Then students who want to come in Feb 2024 can start an application in August. Keep an eye on Studyin lt for the announcement.

      Hi Gushim, it might be difficult to get admission but I know someone who did it although they are over 40. So give it a go and in your cover letter make a good reason why you want to study at the time.

      Don't be discouraged. It's not difficult to get an admission just cause you are over 40. Please if you are reading this, apply to programs you like and don't listen to outside distraction. Requirements to study don't include not being over 40. Just check you meet the normal study ( GPA, subject etc) requirements.

      Hi you can buy from LT insurance websites like Ergo.lt. Also it doesn't have to be a Lithuanian company, you can buy from other insurance companies if they provide you with the worthy insurance for LT.

    Don't bring that certificate to Nigeria! It is not recognized here or else your dad has to be very influential to get you a position in office.
