Awwww. I am soo sorry for a late reply. There is a public bus or train that can take you to Klaipeda. You can take a bus from the airport to the stotis station then from there get the train or bus to Klaipeda. I hope you are doing well.
No your Permanent residence becomes null if you stay more than one year in another country with your permanent residence and not visiting Lithuania or paying taxes in Lithuania. However if you move to another country and have their own residence permit they the new country is responsible for your living permit and if you get a job or start a business there you can also stay in the new country

Life is pretty much same for girls and boys. In Lithuania women make up for more than 50% of population. You have not reason to be worried about you being a girl here.

That is possible depending on the job and your shift times. You can make more or less.
300-400 euros per month is only 0,5 shift, minimum wage is 700 euros after taxes now for full time job
