If they just had a little more empathy and compassion, those people would simply become vegan and find a way to work around their need to taste meat and get their protein. I mean... If they want it that badly, they can get plant-based substitutes and add extra seasoning or sauces to them for flavor. Then add beans & some other veggie or mashed potatoes as sides.

"Grow a heart," this is possible. When I was a meat eater I didn't think of the animals. I originally went vegan because I spent 3 days at a music festival where only vegan food was available, and I noticed how much lighter and clear-headed I felt. I just decided that this was better for my health and mental clarity.
It wasn't until 2 years of avoiding meat that my consciousness had a big shift... I walked past a meat processing plant, and saw body parts hanging out of a bin. Normally I wouldn't think twice about it... "It's just food that I choose not to eat, for my health" but for the first time in my life, I saw it for what it really was. I wave of panic and disgust came over me, and subconsciously went for my phone to call the police.. it took me 2 seconds to remember that the meat processing plant was fully legal, and the police would do nothing, but my reaction surprised me. My perception had changed, I had more access to empathy.
I was studying some vedic scriptures, on the topic of chakras, and it explained that eating meat BLOCKS the heart chakra from feeling empathy... This blockage in the heart can be unblocked by refraining from eating animals. Veganism is going to have a huge impact on our humanity at large. Looking forward to the love and compassion to come!

My two pet pigs I had for 17 years were more intelligent than any dog I've had and I would say a lot smarter than this bloke. They are so sensitive and you can't ever trick a pig. These animals know what is going on when they go to slaughter. It breaks my heart knowing how much they suffer 😢💔
