There is no any option for you now , because of bios file crash due to power cut , contact to nearest motherboard repair center they will remove bios chip and program it with bios programmer hardware

Check which bin file the insydeflash.exe chooses from the insydeflash.log in the installation file folder. Default "C:\SWSetup\spXXXXX" Should read something like "M-FD: match!" and see which bin name is chosen. However this only works on prior working system. If not check which board version your motherboard is using and flash using the closest bin number file.

there is only one option for recover you laptop .. download correct bios and write it with bios programmer
