  • Kindly note the following video describe the scaling of the linear instrument only.
Please read the instrument calibration chart carefully before applying the concept in your plant.

    Drive Model - DC1-S2011NB-A20CE1
    PRESSURE SENSOR: SHNIEDRER BRAND XMLR010G0T75 0-10VOLTAGE , 0-10 BAR
At present I have stored motor name plate details to VFD and at present the system runs @ 0 to 3.7 Bar
Now , Please let me know how I can do the scaling from 0-10 Bar to 0- 3.7 Bar permanently.
We put the scaling parameter P-35=700% and Offset parameterP-39=70
At this stage we closed the discharge valve. The pump started from 0 bar and reached to 3.7 Bar and stopped the pump as per the delay time.
Then we opened the discharge valve and since the pressure reached to 0 Bar, pump started. After we close the valve. But the pressure reached only up to 2.7 Bar and pump runs continuously even when valve closed full and didn’t reached to 3.7 bar.
How can we analyze the pump start and stop by setting parameter P-35 and P-39, is there any equation or like that
